Our History

The AOWA brand name had its beginnings in 1990, with a company selling AOWA brand electrical home appliances in a small retail shop in Ipoh, Malaysia. Since then, AOWA’s range of home and electrical appliances has quickly gained acceptance in the Malaysian market. With the vision to become an endearing household name across the globe, AOWA began to take major steps to spread the wings to many Asia countries such as Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.

	-	Started selling AOWA brand name electrical home appliance in a small retail shop in Ipoh, Malaysia.
	-	Set up AOWA first branch overseas in Bangkok, Thailand.
	-	Ventured to Manila, Philippines.
	-	Opened first branch in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
	-	Opened first branch in Jakarta, Indonesia.
	-	Opened first branch in Ho Chih Min City, Vietnam.
	-	Opened first branch in Foshan, China.
