AOWA is an International Company, its branches scattered all over Asia like Philippines, Borneo, Malaysia, Jakarta, Surabaya and etc. Our company is engaged in the distribution of home appliances like AOWA Induction Cooker, AOWA Microwave Oven, AOWA Water Filter Vacuum Cleaner, AOWA 15 pieces Stainless Steel Cookware Set, AOWA Beauty Home Sauna Machine and etc.

All items are top - of - the - line and see comparable to other leading electronic brands and are being manufactured in Korea, Hong Kong, Germany, China, Taiwan and Japan. In a very short time period, we are looking in to the possibility of introducing to the market of our all home appliances with premium quality and fashioned in high technology of Japan. As a market pioneer in health - related products, product innovation is central to AOWA business. Customer feedback and comments often inspire many new product concepts. AOWA is engaged in direct distributor ship of its products thereby eliminating middle men which will somehow add to the cost of the items. AOWA also believes that it is best to conduct its own sales strategies to effectively convey to the public its product and its uses. AOWA realizes the most effective advertisement is through its user, ie: mouth to mouth advertisement.

Absolutely! In fact, for every purchase of any AOWA product, a Warranty Card is given and should keep the proof of receipts by you which under warranty period is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

However, the warranty will only include inherent of factory defects and not cover damage resulting from:

  • Any unauthorized disassembly, service repair, alteration or modifications being carried out.
  • Abnormal voltage or the use of generator and/or used not in accordance with the operating manual.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever.
  • Normal wears and tears components.
  • Rough handling and transportation.
  • Products that has been used for trade or business.
  • Lightning, natural disaster, pest attacks, external fire, improper installation/maintenance or use in violation.

Our Customer Service will communicate with customers personally, to provide an excellent after sales service whereby on service charges are waived except the transportation fees during the valid warranty period. AOWA is offering courteous service from trained technical, guaranteed repairs with standard quality material in used.

The web thing is incredibly convenient, and easy to use. We are by our systems and code you know! And the servicing bit . . . well it is just reassuring to know that, once the appliances is installed, it will be looked after and again we could comply a proper service arrangement by your requisition, if needed.

All AOWA products come from AOWA Corporation Tokyo Japan. Many of AOWA products are assembled in different advance countries (Korea, Taiwan, China & Hong Kong) using Japan technology with the imported materials.

E.g.

- AOWA 15 pcs Cookware Set : The stainless is imported from Germany and assembled in Hong Kong.
- AOWA Good Water System: The ceramic is from Korea and assembled in Korea.
- AOWA Microwave Oven: The Pyrex is imported from France and assembled in Taiwan.

All AOWA brand products are not locally produced but instead manufactured in advance countries such Korea, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong. Therefore AOWA products are good quality and are therefore comparable to other leading electronic brands.

In addition, AOWA products are exclusively designed using advance Japan Technology. The elegant, unique and futuristic design makes AOWA product more attractive, stylish and exclusive than other leading electronic brands.

Besides, all AOWA products are reliable and with guaranteed, highly functional with low power consumption. In short, it brings comfort, convenience and pleasure to every household.
